Dr. JADAPALLI NARAYANA
Founder-Chairman & Managing Director
Dr. JADAPALLI NARAYANA, a REALTOR, serves as the Founder Chairman and Managing Director of JSR SUNCITY GROUP. With two decades of hands-on experience in real estate, he has played a pivotal role as a promoter and creator of numerous ventures in TELANGANA STATE. Commencing his career in real estate marketing, he has successfully completed various prestigious ventures, including residential projects in and around Hyderabad.
Dr. Narayana is a firm believer in quality service and providing value for money. His meticulous planning and strategic approach have allowed him to create memorable experiences for customers, helping them realize their dream homes. Additionally, he has actively patronized and promoted cultural associations, earning honorable titles such as KALAMITRA and SANGHAMITRA.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Dr. Narayana has initiated impactful social activities. These include distributing utensils and uniforms to government school students, sponsoring free drinking water in remote areas, contributing to the marriages of economically disadvantaged individuals, supporting government departments for societal improvement, and establishing the JSR SUNCITY GROUP WELFARE FOUNDATION for the welfare of associates and staff.
Known for his integrity and commitment to promises, Dr. Narayana has received accolades such as the INDIAN ACHIEVERS AWARDS (Real Estate and Infrastructure) in the 35th National Seminar, New Delhi. Recognizing his nation-building efforts and managerial capabilities, he has been honored with the title of Doctor of Honors in Colombo, Sri Lanka, the National Sadbhavana Award from the Nepal government, the Nelson Mandela Peaceful International Award in Malaysia, and the SWACHH BHARATH AWARD from Shri. Rajnath Singh Ji, the then Honorable Minister for Home Affairs, Government of India.
