By using our website or making an online payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and Cancellation Policy.

3. Booking & Payment:

• All online payments are accepted in Indian Rupees (INR) through our authorized payment gateway partners.
• Payments are subject to realization and confirmation by JSR SUNCITY’s accounts department.
• The booking amount does not confirm allotment until the Agreement of Sale or related documentation is executed.
• Any technical failure or transaction decline is the responsibility of the payment gateway service provider, not JSR SUNCITY.

4. Project Information:

Project details, layout plans, and visuals displayed on the website are for representational purposes only and may vary depending on statutory approvals or on-site conditions.

5. Customer Responsibility:

Customers must ensure that their personal, contact, and payment details provided during booking are accurate and up to date.

6. Force Majeure:

JSR SUNCITY will not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, including natural calamities, government actions, or technical disruptions.

7. Jurisdiction:

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.

🔁 Return Policy

1.

Since payments made on the JSR SUNCITY website are for property bookings, returns or refunds are not applicable once a transaction is successfully completed.

2.

In case of duplicate payment or transaction error, the excess amount (if any) will be refunded within 7–10 working days after proper verification.

3.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the same account used for payment.

❌ Cancellation Policy

1.

If the customer wishes to cancel a booking, a written request must be submitted to JSR SUNCITY within 7 days of payment.

2.

Cancellation is subject to management approval. Administrative and processing charges (generally up to 10% of the booking amount) will be deducted.

3.

Refunds will be processed within 15–30 working days after verification and approval.

4.

Once the Agreement of Sale or Sale Deed is executed, no cancellation or refund will be permitted.
